New Chief Executive announcement
Brendan J Duffy ONZM, JP Chair of the Horowhenua Company announces on the newly appointed Chief Executive.
"We would like to welcome Andrew Reid who brings a wealth of leadership experience across corporate management, environment management, telecommunication industries, and the public sector, as CE at the Horowhenua Company.
Andrew thrives in entrepreneurial environments, blending his strategic planning with a hands-on approach. With his expertise in business development, financial management, strategic leadership, operations, and compliance, Andrew consistently thrives on driving success.
He has supported local businesses as CEO of Composting New Zealand and, more recently, as GM of JB's Environmental in Levin. His career also includes roles with the Ministry of Education, Department of Corrections, Spark NZ, and One NZ.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys family life with his wife Arika and their three children. A keen sportsman, he plays golf, swims with his kids, and loves football.
